Shipping Policy

We process orders daily throughout the working week (Monday - Friday), and aim to ship orders within 5 business days. This may be longer during busier periods, such as the holiday season. You will receive tracking information (if a tracked service is selected) once your order has shipped.

Please note: Some products have a lengthier shipping time as they are ordered in from 3rd-party distributors located in many different places. This information is specifically stated on all relevant products.

If your order has not arrived within the specified time frame, contact us with your order number at store@mainstay-entertainment.com. We will get back to you with an update as soon as possible.

All orders are shipped and priced by weight and size.
